Ensure content does not violate laws or third-party rights

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the final website content unless otherwise agreed.
EVO Pad Point Ltd retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio.

5. Limitation of Liability

EVO Pad Point Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if these terms are violated.
